Paper E & L to Stop
 Find Out the Changes You Need to Make in Order to Receive a Paper Copy of Your SEL

(July 28, 2010) Employees of the Department of Commerce are now set up to only electronic Statements of Earnings and Leave (SEL).You will be able to access your electronic SEL on the Employee Personal Page. 

Please note: You will no longer automatically receive paper SELs. If you wish to continue receiving paper SELs, you must choose the Change Paperless E&L option under Preferences on the Employee Personal Page.  

If you already have an account and want to keep receiving a paper copy, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to https://www.nfc.usda.gov/
2. Go to “EPP – Employee Personal Page”
3. Click “I Agree” to the Usage disclaimer
4. Next go to “Login” (put in your user name and password)
5. Click on “Preferences”
6. Click  on “Change Paperless E&L
7. Follow the directions in the “Change Paperless E&L Option”
